Medical furniture company was seeking to streamline their logistics process and Fischer Trucking offered the company an all-inclusive model for delivering product on time, damage-free and without packaging.

Fischer Trucking Solution:
We now load and receive boxed furniture from various manufacturers from across the United States. Our team receives the product, inspects and puts it into inventory. Once we have enough product to constitute a load, we stage, unpackage, assemble and load the product for delivery to our customer's customers.

When the product arrives at a hospital or medical center, not only is the load received unpackaged and assembled but most-importantly, on time and damage-free.

Benefits:
Sales of patient handling equipment are increasing and sales reps now look forward to deliveries. On time delivery ratio increased from under 20% to 99.84%. Multiple products such as patient handling equipment, bed side stands and over-bed tables are loaded onto one trailer resulting in fewer deliveries made by one carrier instead of multiple deliveries from multiple carriers.
